omg 15 or like 16 day hiatus but it's been a real blast. alot has happened and i just wanna say that i've really appreciated the super happy fun times like cycling trip party etcetc. i think my blog is going to die soon cause i always lag after events that i should totally blog about, and either a) have another event(s) that i should blog about and i'm lazy to squeeze and type out everything at one shot so i just don't post all the events, or b) wait so long to blog that when i finally get into blog-mode i just give up typing cause i totally cannot remember what happened O:

but yeah lah i think i've really lost intrest in blogging, not like anyone reads my blog right HAHA. and i'm not like emo-angst i don't post long emotional posts about how life sucks.

oh oh oh interesting funfact 1: when you sing the note of low low Ab (the second one below middle C) in my parent's room's toilet it's like some resonant pitch the reverb is damn powerful, and the moment you swap out of the pitch the reverb's gone.

dammit this year's anpow $$ harvest is going to be super lousy please, i'm like only visiting one place this time round, plus with economic crisis everyone will like give damn little lah. was talking to my mum about how i should marry during CNY so i get loads of angpow, then divorce like nearing CNY so i can avoid giving out angpows. like ultra cheapo lol.

wowza lastyearyesterday was freaking awesome cause of 2 things:

farewell (FOR ME CAUSE I'M A SEC4 AND I'M LEAVING CHOIR why can't anybody get this @_@) and stayover at dennis' house.

actually frankly speaking farewell was kinda mediocre and not that high-inducing except for the drawing studio part where B.E.A.T.S. was screwing around for around an hour before the farewell and the later part of the farewell :D but don't worry newcomm, friction always happens at the start, yall just need time to settle in and learn to work with each other. it's a new experience working in a team with these new people so do remember to keep your mindsets open :D anyhoo it's just your first event organised as a comm so it's ok to screw it up (oh dang what am i saying :X)

MR TOH DIDN'T SING AFTER ALL LIKE HUH, CHEAT OUR FEELINGS D: haha nawh, but i've already heard him sing in his solo concert before so yeah no big deal :D

the part at dennis' house was awesomepawsomerawsomelawsomemawsomesomesomesome though, shiiiiiiiit i want a grand piano too D: (my fans know what to get me for my birthday now) and i think i finally got the hang of mahjong but i need to like play more so i won't forget what i learned today/yesterday. had some super funny conversations with fried and dennis while we were lying on the mattresses talking, something about family, something about how what we spent the first hour of 2009 doing is a sign for the year ahead (i was playing the piano for the large part of it O: fried however made lots of wrong decisions in mahjong HAHA) and also there was a disturbingly funny conversation about SMS-herpes XD

the stayover like expanded from me and yishu to suddenly include fried and geof cause of a chain of events:
after farewll we didn't wanna go somewhere far but we wanted to go somewhere together before geof enlists, so we decided to go to yishun safra to bowl. at that point it was dennis, yishu, geof, fried, linan and me. then after buying the thaicoconuts from the pasar malam (it's damn good!) we suddenly knew kwokyeong was coming to join us so we waited for him. then we walked to yishun safra thinking that we could get a place to bowl.
BUTTTTTTT when we reached the bowling alley turns out the rate was kinda high and it was infested with indians for a weird reason, they were even playing some indian song when we went in O_O so we decided to try the pool at the same place, but due to some other people who booked early we didn't manage to get a table, so we went to the arcade where me and yishu had this fail DJmachine game and kwokyeong had a parapara game. hahaha looks like he's swatting flies around him XD
so after that we really didn't know where to go so we decided to walk to dennis' house. then we stopped at this playground near his house and played blind mice for a bit, which was super funny hahahha linana sucks at this game XD anyway after that linan left and the rest of us went up to dennis' house to play cards. initialLY (something like initialD. oh shit bad joke) fried kwokyeong and geof wanted to catch the last train towards their home but they decided to check the last train time at 12 when they realised the mrt terminating at jurong east was at 1230. then we played abit more cards till 1 when kwokyeong left and we started to play some mahjong where i decided to play the piano, where geof and fried just kept playing and playing and decided to stayover too in the end; wow long story.

oh 969 is some godly bus. from khatib to tampines in half an hour, i swear it teleports along the expressway. i was like looking at the signboard by the road where it said "towards punggol" and i was like ugh k i catch a rest. when i opened my eyes 30 seconds later we were at the tampines IKEA/Giant/Courts area and i was seriously like WTF!??!1!?one! haha this means next time i can get to dennis' house quick and easy man whoooooo

oh wow i'm really super tired now mmkay bye imma go off and catch some sleep to make up for 2008's lost hours. damn this post isn't funny at all D:





agh this has got to be the most boring christmas ever D:
it's not my first one doing nothing at home, but it's the first one which i didn't excuse myself from something to do nothing which kinda sucks -_-

UGH SOMEONE GIVE ME SOMETHING TO DO.
could have actually gone to work this morning but rejected it cause i was staying up last night to plant christmas presents for my family subtly around the house while they were asleep (it didn't work HAHA my mum walked out of her room then after like 20secs she came back in asking me who put a notebook there XD YES i got her a notebook but it's a really nice paperluxe notebook from kino k d: aisha would know haha)

Ughh falling sick sucks but luckily for me the fever came and went quick so yeah i got well yesterday and felt up to it today so i went to school for B.E.A.T.S. prac.
Awww sad that the farewell performance will be the last performance B.E.A.T.S. has this year, we'll def continue on next year! :D

after that me yifan yishu and ben went to watch yesman which is like so HAHAHAHAHA awesome that my awesome-meter can't measure it.


damn i can rmb the scene where he plays the guitar to get this guy from jumping down and it worked which like sparked the memory of the phrase "music can delay death" -__- stupid lah see what wycf does to your brain. the grandma scenes are extremely disturbing though, won't talk about it here cause of the non-male audience this blog suddenly has to cater to @_@

great movie, but practically speaking being a yesman wouldn't actually work out cause you'll either need a) ass full of cash and/or b) balls of steel. i mean everyone has to be afraid of SOMETHING and no one has cash that will never run out except maybe our ministers, still it's a very thought provoking movie and kinda motivational that coupled with jim carrey's genius makes the movie extremely enjoyable, like bruce almighty.

yeah then went all the way to ikea (tampines one lah i'm not that siao to go all the way to queenstown when i live in simei) and bought some stuff, gotta say i think i spent my first paycheck of $90 kinda wisely :D ohohoh and i finally bought a puzzle frame for this puzzle which i did super early in the year and had been rotting under my bed. what irks me is how puzzle world (the shop) charges FULL 7% gst which made the $29 frame end up being $31. lucky for them i'm uber-rich and handsome so i can patronize their store and not complain, handsome people always very kind to the needy.

on that note i'm going to wait patiently till next year when the Nokia N97 comes out before i change my phone to that even though my phone's 2 year contract expired in november O: N97 is going to be super cool but i'm not that sure about the price yet D:
